Horsman M.C. Major. “L” Bty, 15th Bdge, Royal Horse Artillery died 28/2/1917 age 25. Son of Col, Edward Horsman Bailey V.D., T.D., and Jane, of Foxholes, Kingham, Oxon. Buried in Guards Cemetery, Combles, France, I.D.1

BOND  Ernest  Pte 17739, 2nd Oxford and Bucks Light Infantry died 3/8/1916. Son of Joseph and Emily Elizabeth nee Hasted of Idbury, near Foscot,Oxfordshire Commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial.  His brother Pte G/11781 James Richard, The Buffs, East Kent Regt died 18/9/1918 age 35 and was the husband of Ruth of 3, Vicarage Street, Luton, Beds. He is buried in La Chapelette British and Indian Cemetery, Peronne, France. III.D.10

CLARKE Ernest  Pte 276223, 1st Queens Own Worcestershire Hussars (Worcester Yeomanry) died of wounds 8/5/1918 age 29. Husband of Ethel May of Bledington. Commemorated on the Jerusalem War Cemetery, Israel. O.76
